3. What to include in your message
- The email address registered on your MootMind account (so we can find you)
- A clear description of what happened or what you need
- For bugs: the URL where it happened, what you expected vs what you saw, screenshots if possible
- For billing: the Razorpay transaction ID from your purchase email
