Delivery Policy

MootMind is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service product. We do not ship physical goods. This page explains what “delivery” means in our context and the timelines you can expect.

1. No physical shipping

We have no inventory, no warehouse, no courier, and no postal address you need to receive anything from. Every feature of MootMind — generated memorials, AI Tutor sessions, AI Judge rounds, Ask MootMind answers — is delivered instantly through the website at mootmind.in or downloaded to your device as a digital file.

2. Plan activation

Once Razorpay confirms your payment, your Weekly, 14-Day Moot Block, or Monthly plan is activated immediately (typically within seconds). Your dashboard reflects the new plan instantly, and you can start using the paid features right away. Plans are one-time purchases valid for 7, 14, or 30 days respectively — they do not auto-renew.

If you do not see your plan upgraded within 5 minutes of a successful payment, please email support@mootmind.in with your transaction ID and we'll fix it within 24 hours.

3. Pay-per-use delivery

When you purchase additional units (AI memorials, AI Tutor sessions, AI Judge rounds, Ask MootMind queries) beyond your plan's monthly limit, the unit is delivered as soon as the corresponding AI feature finishes processing your request — usually within 5 to 90 seconds depending on the size of the input.

4. Memorial downloads

Generated memorials can be downloaded as PDF or DOCX files directly from the Memorial Generator page once generation completes. These files are produced on demand — we do not retain or email them separately. You can re-download a memorial at any time from your project workspace as long as your account is active.

5. Uploaded memorials (Team Workspace)

You may upload an existing memorial (PDF, DOCX, or TXT, up to 25 MB) into a project workspace to use it as the source document for AI Judge practice rounds and AI Tutor sessions. The file is parsed on our servers, stored against your project, and is not shared outside the project's member list. Upload is treated as a self-service action and takes effect immediately.

Uploaded memorials do not consume from your AI memorial generation quota — that quota only applies to memorials MootMind drafts for you. However, using an uploaded memorial with AI Judge or AI Tutor counts against those respective feature quotas as normal.

6. Service availability

The Services are available 24×7 except for scheduled maintenance windows (which we'll announce in advance) and unplanned outages caused by our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Neon, Anthropic). Most outages are resolved within an hour.

7. International access

MootMind is hosted on infrastructure with global reach. You can access the Services from anywhere with an internet connection. We bill in Indian Rupees (₹) only and our content is tailored to Indian moot court practice.
